A listing is not a report
Who offers a compound and who filed a laboratory record are separate columns in this index.
A supplier listing answers a narrow question: does this cataloguer currently present the compound. It does not say the lot was tested, that a certificate is genuine, or that a vial in hand matches the row.
A filed report answers a different question: a laboratory produced a document, on a date, against a lot identifier. In this preview those rows are fictional. In a live index they would still be documents, not a pedigree for a particular vial.
IndexPeptide keeps the two on separate tabs so a busy table cannot collapse them into a single green light. Record Index uses the report file, not the listing count, when it publishes a number.
